About this policy
Top 10 Prop Radar (top10propradar.com) is an independent comparison website for prop trading firms and their funded-account programs. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site, how we use it and the choices you have.
What we receive
Information you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and your message so that we can reply.
Information collected automatically. Our servers and analytics tools record your IP address and approximate location, your browser and device type, the pages you view and for how long, the site or ad that referred you, and advertising click identifiers carried in the page address (for example a Google click ID).
What we do not ask for
This site has no accounts, no checkout and no forms that ask about you. Any evaluation you buy or account you open is bought or opened on the firm’s own website, under its privacy policy; we never see your payment details, identity documents or trading activity.
How we use information
To run and improve the site, to understand which pages and sources bring visitors, to measure which listings are clicked, to be paid by the companies we list for the visitors we refer, to answer your messages and to meet legal obligations.
Cookies and tracking
Analytics. We measure visits and clicks with analytics tools, for example Google Analytics.
Referral tracking. A click on a listing passes a click reference and basic technical details of the visit to our tracking partner. If you go on to buy or sign up, the company reports that back so that our referral fee can be calculated. Details of the cookies involved are in our Cookie Policy.
When information is shared
We share information only with providers that help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, referral tracking), with the firms you choose to visit through our links, and with public authorities if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.
How long we keep it
Analytics and referral data are kept for as long as needed to run the site and settle referral fees, and then deleted or aggregated. Emails are kept for as long as the conversation is active.
What you can do
Privacy laws in many places, including the EU, the UK and California, give you rights over your information: to see it, to have it corrected or deleted and to object to how it is used. To use any of these rights, email info@top10propradar.com. We will respond within 30 days. You can also refuse analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Age
The site is meant for adults only. If you are under 18, please do not use it or send us any personal information.
